in Singapore is seeking a senior Sales/Business Development professional to lead key account management and grow the Magnetic Data Storage (MDS) business across MDS/HDD, Semiconductor, Electronics, PV, and Decorative Coating industries. You will own RFQ processes, pricing negotiations, and new customer acquisition while coordinating with Quality, R&D, and Finance to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
5–8 years of sales/business development in thin film materials or related fields.
Strong knowledge of thin film deposition, PVD, sputtering, evaporation, and coating materials.
Proven track record in technical/industrial consumables sales with USD 3M+ annual sales.
Experience with MDS/HDD, Semiconductor, Electronics, PV, or Decorative Coating industries.
Willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

Manage key MDS accounts, RFQs, pricing, and customer relationships; introduce thin film materials/solutions.
Identify new customers, applications, and business opportunities across MDS/HDD, Semiconductor, Electronics, PV, and Decorative Coating.
Monitor market trends, competitors, customer needs, and provide sales forecasts and market intelligence.
Monitor customer payments, coordinate with Finance and Customer Service, and ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Track competitor pricing, products, sourcing models, market positioning, and customer segments.
Coordinate with Quality, Application Engineering, and R&D to resolve technical issues and complaints.
