Job summary

HIMC (Singapore) Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. is seeking a driven sales leader to spearhead market expansion and manage AMHS systems and semiconductor automation equipment sales across Singapore and adjacent markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, marketing, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project sales and key account management.
Familiarity with semiconductor automation equipment and production scheduling systems.
Proven skills in market development, customer relationship management, communication, and coordination.

Responsibilities

Expand market presence and drive sales of AMHS systems, semiconductor equipment, and industrial automation scheduling software to meet company targets.
Identify and develop new customer accounts to increase sales opportunities.
Negotiate and finalize sales contracts while coordinating contract-related issues to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing feedback and managing emergency situations effectively.
Collect and analyze market data to provide actionable recommendations for product development and improvement.
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve annual sales performance goals through coaching and performance monitoring.
