Vital Thin Film Materials Technology Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across MDS, HDD, semiconductor, electronics, PV, and decorative coating sectors.

The role blends deep thin film technology knowledge with strategic sales execution to expand the customer base and maximize revenue. You will manage a full commercial cycle including business development, RFQ handling, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations, while coordinating with Application Tech, Quality, and

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of thin film technology in Semiconductor, Electronics and MDS.
• Proven track record of sales achieving/exceeding USD 3 million annual target in consumables.
• Intercultural experience is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is required for China interactions.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Key Account Management: develop relationships with new customers in Magnetic data storage, manage RFQs, optimize pricing and margins.
• New Account & Market Development: identify and develop new customers/applications across Electronics, Semiconductor, MDS, PV, and Decorative Coating.
• Market Monitoring, Forecasting & Budget Planning: track market trends, map customers, provide rolling revenue/demand forecasts.
• Credit & Risk Management: ensure compliance with credit policies and assist collections when needed.
• Customer Service & Order Coordination: coordinate with Customer Service for pricing, delivery, and requirements.
• Competitive Landscape Analysis: monitor competitors, pricing, and market share data.
• Complaint & Technical Issue Management: act as primary contact for product issues and coordinate with Quality/Applications.
