Job summary

Stripe Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition partner to scale Technology teams across APAC.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, advise leadership on talent strategy and market insights, and build robust candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and events. The role requires 6–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, Mandarin fluency for Taiwan-based roles, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house preferred).
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, including ability to communicate with candidates in Taiwan and support Taiwan-based roles.
• Experience partnering with tech hiring teams and acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to advise internal stakeholders and external candidates.
• Data-driven approach to recruiting, using market trends and internal metrics to refine strategy and improve process efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to align on hiring priorities and deliver against headcount plans.
• Translate changing business needs into practical recruiting plans, clear ownership, and timely actions.
• Lead the day-to-day execution of recruiting plans, including sourcing, candidate outreach, interview process management, offer support, and closing.
• Stay agile as hiring priorities, business needs, and market conditions change; identify risks early and adjust plans accordingly.
• Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, recruiting events, and local talent-market outreach.
• Share regular, data-informed updates on hiring progress, pipeline health, risks, and opportunities.
