Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in technology recruiting and staffing.
• Experience working on Data Centre positions.
• Regional exposure is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of recruiting policies and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements effective sourcing strategies for open positions.
• Regularly consults with hiring managers to assess business needs, provide market insights, and align expectations for the hiring process.
• Ensures all candidate requirements are met within the applicant tracking system.
• Actively sources, interviews, and presents qualified, pre-screened candidates to hiring managers.
• Manages candidate status updates throughout the hiring process.
• Adheres to established hiring procedures and guidelines.
• Promotes workforce diversity by presenting a diverse slate of candidates.
