Job summary

ATT SYSTEMS (S'PORE) PTE LTD seeks a Technical Procurement Specialist to translate solution architectures into BOMs and to manage licensing, subs, and services for IT projects. You will work with Sales, Pre-Sales and Project teams, engage distributors and OEMs, negotiate pricing, and track supply chain risk to keep bids on schedule while ensuring technical and commercial viability.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in technical procurement, IT procurement, technical pre-sales, solution costing, distribution or a similar role.
• Experience in preparing BOMs and costing for IT infrastructure, cybersecurity or technology solutions.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to perform costing and multi-year price comparisons.
• Experience working with technology vendors, distributors or OEMs in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Translate solution architectures into BOMs covering hardware, software licenses, subscriptions, support and services.
• Review quoted SKUs for features, licensing and support levels.
• Identify missing components and budget for ongoing licensing and renewals.
• Maintain BOM version control as designs evolve during bids.
• Onboard distributors and OEMs, manage registrations and deal terms.
• Negotiate pricing, discounts and credit terms; secure project pricing.
• Provide pricing input to bid teams and track supply lead times.
• Support order placement, tracking and delivery scheduling; resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor pricing history and benchmark data for competitiveness.
