Job summary

ATT Systems (S’pore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Procurement Specialist to translate solution architectures into complete, itemized BOMs, manage distributor and OEM engagement, and provide pricing input for competitive bids.

You will work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales and Project teams, as well as technology vendors and OEMs in Singapore, to ensure solutions are technically viable and commercially sound.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in technical procurement, IT procurement, technical pre-sales, solution costing, distribution or a similar role.
• Experience in preparing BOMs and costing for IT infrastructure, cybersecurity or technology solutions.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to perform costing and multi-year price comparisons.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and identify missing components or requirements.

Responsibilities

• Bill of materials development: translate architectures into complete, itemized BOMs including hardware, software licensing, subscriptions, support, and services.
• Distributor and OEM engagement: onboard, register, negotiate pricing, secure deal registrations and manage vendor relationships.
• Commercial and delivery support: provide pricing input to bids, track lead times, scheduling, and benchmark data for competitiveness.
• Compliance and lifecycle: verify licensing, certification evidence, track end-of-life and end-of-support dates.
