in Singapore is seeking an experienced Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end procurement, from strategic supplier identification to day-to-day purchasing and supplier performance monitoring, ensuring cost, quality and delivery targets are met. You will conduct market research, negotiate terms, draft contracts, review PRs and issue POs, coordinate with warehousing and planning, and perform 3-way matching to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in SCM, business, logistics, or related field.
• 2–4 years procurement experience in Singapore.
• Strong negotiation, market research, and vendor management.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Singapore procurement practices and import regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify, screen and qualify potential suppliers; maintain an AVL.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery terms, warranties and SLAs.
• Draft, review and execute procurement contracts in line with policies and laws.
• Assess supplier capabilities, financial stability, quality systems and sustainability practices.
• Monitor market trends and develop alternative sources to mitigate shortages.
• Coordinate with warehouse, inventory and planning teams on stock levels and delivery priorities.
• Perform 3‑way matching (PO → GRN → Invoice) and resolve discrepancies.
