Job summary

TikTok, a leading global tech company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist in Singapore. The role focuses on high-volume talent sourcing, interview coordination, and candidate communications to ensure a smooth hiring process.

You will partner with TA teams to implement innovative sourcing strategies and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sourcing, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment,

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: At least 2 years or equivalent of sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment).
• Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Preferred Qualifications: Proven ability to manage relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs, align recruitment strategies, and ensure efficient processes.
• Strong expertise in talent mapping to identify and track high-potential candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels.
• Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process.
• Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, including talent mapping insights, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency (e.g: Support market research and talent mapping initiatives).
• Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates.
