Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the e-commerce team across the SEA market. You will collaborate with multiple domestic and international stakeholders and be an integral part of growth and expansion.

You will manage sourcing for complex searches, drive innovative strategies, perform market data analysis, and ensure a standout candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience with research/sourcing tools to identify passive candidates.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret large amounts of data for decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with stakeholders and communicate across levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find key technical talents across levels.
• Collaborate with Recruiters, Coordinators, other Sourcers & hiring managers to fulfill business needs.
• Develop stakeholder relationships with HR, hiring managers and external partners.
• Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects, and optimize current processes to improve recruiting efficiency.
• Conduct complex data analysis and provide market intelligence to leaders to support growth.
• Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate TikTok as a great place to work.
