Job summary

TikTok Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Trust & Safety recruitment efforts in Singapore. You will manage sourcing for complex searches and engage candidates across levels, shaping innovative strategies with TA partners.

You will collaborate with Hiring Managers to streamline processes, deliver a great candidate experience, and promote TikTok as a compelling place to work for tech talents in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferably with at least 2 years of recruitment experience in the tech industry (agency, search firm or in-house).

Responsibilities

Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels.
Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency.
Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates.
