TikTok Singapore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to connect deeply with the business and act as the functional talent partner, sourcing top talent for TikTok and its affiliates. You will collaborate with regional and global HR teams to implement projects that meet recruiting goals and drive global hiring initiatives.

The ideal candidate is driven, eager to learn, and ready to tackle international recruiting challenges.

Qualifications

End-to-end talent acquisition experience across high-volume and complex or senior searches.
Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders effectively.
Deep knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components, including sourcing, interviewing, laws, salary trends, and relationship management.
Ability to think globally, be resilient, and navigate international recruiting practices.
Strong ownership and accountability in executing recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

Own the full hiring process from talent mapping and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
Navigate compensation discussions, manage candidate expectations, and close complex offers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to calibrate profiles, provide market insights, and influence hiring decisions.
Build robust talent pipelines through direct headhunting and market research.
Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout assessments and offers.
