Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Third-party Associate) for Trust and Safety in Singapore. The role centers on sourcing for complex searches, driving innovative recruitment strategies, and partnering with TA teams and Hiring Managers to streamline processes.

This 12-month temporary assignment is managed by a third-party agency; payroll and benefits are handled by the agency. You will promote TikTok as a great place to work and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels.
• Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency.
• Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates.
