Ability to translate market data, industry trends, and analytics into talent solutions.
Strong problem-solving and continuous-improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

Strategic advisory with enterprise stakeholders to diagnose talent challenges and craft tailored talent strategies.
Gather and analyze internal and external market intelligence to optimize talent acquisition processes.
Influence stakeholders and align KPI/SLA across executives to drive delivery improvements.
Identify opportunities to enhance the client's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and modern candidate-experience tools.
Mentor associate talent team members to foster a collaborative, high-performing team.
