This role blends strategic talent advisory with hands-on search execution, requiring strong research, relationship-building, and rigorous candidate assessment to deliver high-caliber leadership hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of recruitment experience, including executive search or senior leadership hiring.
• Proven success in recruiting Director, VP, C-suite.
• Experience managing complex searches across functions, industries or markets.
• Strong research, sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.
• Ability to evaluate leadership experience against business requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence executives.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple searches independently with quality and speed.
• Familiarity with recruitment systems and sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage full executive recruitment lifecycle from role definition to onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring leaders to establish role requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify potential candidates.
• Engage senior talent through targeted outreach and referrals.
• Assess candidates’ experience, leadership capabilities, motivations, and fit.
• Advise stakeholders on progress, suitability, and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interviews and structured feedback discussions.
• Manage offer negotiations with HR and compensation teams.
• Develop and maintain leadership talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Ensure professional candidate experience and maintain confidentiality.
