Job summary

NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd seeks a Deputy Director of HR to co-lead the people strategy with the CHRO, focusing on HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition. You will bridge business goals with human capital execution, guiding a high-performing HR team to provide proactive talent solutions and attract top-tier talent.

You will lead strategic HR initiatives, design executive recruitment, and champion data-driven HR practices to sustain a competitive workforce across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of progressive human resource experience.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role managing business partnering teams.
• Experience hiring across diverse functions and levels, including leadership and functional roles.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Business Partnering: serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and translate business plans into HR strategies.
• Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: design and oversee recruitment strategy, executive sourcing, and employer branding initiatives.
• Team Leadership & Operations: lead a team of HR professionals, drive data analytics, and ensure governance and fair practices.
