Agency for Integrated Care (Singapore) is seeking a forward-thinking HR talent management practitioner to partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to design and drive transformative talent strategies that strengthen pipelines, leadership culture and organisational capability.

You will lead enterprise-wide talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development frameworks, leveraging analytics to inform decisions and accelerate our leadership capability.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience in talent management, leadership development, or organisational development.
• Experience designing enterprise-level talent and leadership programmes with measurable business impact.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to influence at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and evolve the design of the talent management philosophy across the organisation.
• Develop innovative talent and leadership strategies that foster a culture of leadership growth and accountability.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to anticipate talent needs and co-create practical solutions.
• Drive enterprise-wide talent reviews and succession planning with strategic advisory support.
• Create career development experiences through programmes, assessments, rotations, mentoring, and leadership forums.
• Harness analytics and market insights to inform talent decisions and measure programme impact.
• Stay ahead of emerging talent and leadership trends to evolve the talent ecosystem.
