NTT DATA SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional in Singapore who understands that filling roles is about building teams and moving fast. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across functions and partner with hiring managers to align talent with business needs.

You’ll source and engage quality candidates, build strong pipelines, deliver a great candidate experience, and collaborate with HR and regional stakeholders on hiring strategies.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience preferred.
• Agency, or in-house background welcome.
• Experience leading a team.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across various functions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Source and engage quality talent proactively.
• Build strong talent pipelines and market intelligence.
