Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive strategic hiring across the GID business. You will lead data-led recruitment, build strong pipelines, and partner with business leaders to shape hiring strategy and process quality.

In this role, you will focus on proactive market mapping, direct sourcing, and managing inbound talent while delivering a high-quality candidate experience and collaborating with a global TA team.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent sourcing and candidate assessment.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process and labour laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage and hire 40+ placements per year.
• Intake and discovery meetings.
• Regular talent mapping and pipelining.
• Accountable for a consistent candidate experience.
• Metric and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on openings.
