Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for end-to-end IT manpower augmentation and project-based recruitment across multiple client accounts. You will source niche IT talent, build pipelines, and coordinate interviews, assessments, offers and onboarding while aligning with hiring managers on requirements and SLAs.

The role requires proactive sourcing, strong stakeholder collaboration, and solid knowledge of Singapore employment regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Graduate Diploma in HRM/Business or related discipline.
• IHRP-CP will have an advantage.
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience in IT/relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for IT manpower augmentation and project-based roles.
• Coordinate interviews, technical assessments, offers and onboarding.
• Partner with Account Managers on requirements, timelines and feedback.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and referrals.
• Maintain talent pipelines and provide market insights on salary trends.
