Job summary

Singtel in Singapore seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to shape our tech workforce by attracting, engaging, and hiring top technology professionals who will drive innovation and growth. You will partner with hiring leaders and stakeholders to build effective hiring strategies and exceptional candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in technology recruitment, either in-house, within a technology-focused recruitment agency, or a combination of both.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and digital roles.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence and collaborate across multiple business functions.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies that attract diverse, high-quality talent.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• IHRP certification or equivalent HR-related professional certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic talent acquisition advice.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels (direct sourcing, referrals, networking, talent communities).
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align hiring priorities, set clear expectations, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Drive recruitment initiatives for high-demand and niche technology positions (software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity, digital roles).
• Leverage market insights and industry trends to advise on hiring strategies and talent availability.
• Enhance candidate and hiring manager experiences through continuous process improvements and best-in-class practices.
• Support internal mobility initiatives and promote career growth opportunities within the organization.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting to support informed hiring decisions and workforce planning.
