• Skilled in direct sourcing, talent mapping and engaging top talent.

Responsibilities

• Partner senior leaders and hiring managers on critical hiring and workforce needs.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for professional, specialist and leadership talent.
• Use market insights and candidate intelligence to shape hiring strategies.
• Build and engage pipelines for current and future business needs.
• Influence hiring decisions through data, market knowledge and recruitment expertise.
• Contribute to employer branding, talent attraction initiatives and recruitment projects.
