Job summary

The Kallang Group is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead strategy, attract and secure top talent, and partner with business leaders for workforce planning. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, proactive talent scouting, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You will drive sourcing strategies, enhance employer branding, and leverage analytics to optimise recruitment effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 8–10 years of Talent Acquisition experience with end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Strong sourcing, talent mapping, headhunting and engagement of passive candidates.
• Experience across diverse functions including leadership roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment across corporate and specialist roles, from workforce planning to onboarding.
• Partner with leaders to define talent profiles and recruitment strategies.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, salary expectations and trends.
• Develop sourcing strategies and improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Manage recruitment agencies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
