This role partners closely with business leaders to provide consultative support and ensure a seamless, value-added recruitment experience.**Responsibilities*** Manage end-to-end recruitment for R&D, Engineering, and Commercial functions across the organization.* Responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, interview management, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and provide market insights and hiring recommendations to support effective talent decisions.* Leverage diverse sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, networking, and direct sourcing, to attract and engage high-quality talent.* Screen and evaluate resumes, qualifications, and experience to ensure alignment with business requirements and role expectations.* Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews and provide hiring teams with objective candidate assessments and recommendations.* Manage the offer process, including compensation benchmarking, offer preparation, negotiations, and reference checks where required.* Build strong partnerships with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and business leaders to align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives.* Ensure regular communication and status updates to candidates, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.* Support recruitment projects, talent initiatives, employer branding activities, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance hiring effectiveness and candidate experience.**Other Responsibilities:*** Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs**Required Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition* Prior working experience in an engineering/manufacturing/semi-conductor environment preferred* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Workday* High-volume recruitment experience and audit processes* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills* Discreet in handling confidential information* Proven ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices**Preferred Qualifications*** Strong analytical, attention to detail and critical thinking skills* Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.* Able to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment and working with multiple priorities* Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.* Strong intra-cultural awareness and organizational sensitivity* Team player, collaborative approach and resourceful* Good communication, interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skillsGlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
