Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Singapore seeks a Talent Acquisition Advisor for SEA & ANZ to drive end-to-end recruitment with a consultative, sales-driven mindset across Capital Markets, Leasing Advisory, Corporate Functions and Early Careers. You will build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and shape the regional talent strategy.

You will lead campus programs, manage talent communities, and optimize hiring using Workday, HireEZ, and HireBuddy, delivering a seamless candidate journey

Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings, preferably in professional services, real estate, finance, or consulting.
• Proven ability to source, assess, and close diverse talent in fast-paced environments.
• Solid understanding of local labor laws across SEA & ANZ markets.
• Experience running campus recruitment or early careers programs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process from intake to offer for SEA & ANZ roles.
• Partner with Hiring Managers as a strategic advisor to define candidate profiles and value propositions.
• Lead Early Careers strategy, campus partnerships, and career fairs across the region.
• Proactively source passive and diverse talent, build robust talent communities.
• Leverage TA tech stack to drive efficiency and data-driven decisions.
• Design and execute recruitment marketing campaigns and improve candidate experience.
