Spotify in Singapore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to own end-to-end recruitment across JAPAC & SAMEA, partnering with leaders to translate priorities into proactive hiring strategies and an engaging candidate experience.

You will mentor recruiters, use data and market insight to inform decisions, and drive equitable, inclusive hiring while balancing strategic partnership with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment, with flexibility to work from home and in-office 3 days a week.

• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand priorities and translate them into effective hiring strategies.
• Build relationships with stakeholders using data, market knowledge, and judgment to influence decisions.
• Advise teams on talent mapping, market dynamics, candidate expectations, and recruiting best practices.
• Create an inclusive, engaging candidate experience across the recruitment journey.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for roles in your area, from intake to close.
