Job summary

Campari Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced supply planning professional to run data and reporting for S&OE and Supply Review meetings for Asia markets.

You will manage supply planning execution, monitor inventory performance, and coordinate with markets, source plants, and operations to ensure product availability and service levels. Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in supply planning or related roles (Beverage/FMCG preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work autonomously by priorities and urgencies.
• Ability to collect and interpret data to drive continuous improvement and execution excellence.
• Good knowledge of IT systems: Excel, SAP (IBP a plus).
• Proactive, fast learner focused on customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Team player who builds trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage copacking and re-labelling requirements for imported and LTO products.
• Create and share mid- to long-term forecast with co-manufacturers and co-packers.
• Provide input to inventory settings and ensure stock availability and service levels.
• Identify inventory solutions and manage stakeholders to minimise forecast changes.
• Publish stock projections and visibility to local markets based on SAP IBP and TESI reports.
• Coordinate master data for co-man/co-pack brands and ensure timely updates.
