Job summary

SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner in Singapore to lead end-to-end demand, supply and inventory planning across markets.

You will develop accurate forecasts by analysing historical data, market trends and promotions, and translate them into supply requirements with purchasing and replenishment teams. You will establish inventory strategies, monitor stock levels, and manage international shipping and distribution planning to ensure timely deliveries

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain.
• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning.
• Experience in F&B/QSR/FMCG industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated demand, supply and inventory planning to optimise stock and availability across markets.
• Develop accurate demand forecasts by analysing historical sales, trends and promotions.
• Translate forecasts into supply requirements and coordinate purchasing and replenishment with suppliers.
• Establish inventory strategies and monitor stock levels to minimise obsolescence and wastage.
• Oversee international shipping, import/export coordination and distribution planning.
• Drive cross-functional planning processes and analyse KPIs to improve operations.
• Collaborate with regional markets, suppliers and internal stakeholders to strengthen supply chain processes.
