Job summary

Campari Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced Supply Planner to run data reporting for S&OE and Supply Review meetings across Asia markets. You will monitor SAP IBP plans, coordinate co-manufacturing and co-packing, manage inventory performance, and report supply risks to ensure product availability and service levels.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 4+ years in supply planning, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in supply planning or response roles (preferably in Beverage/FMCG)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work autonomously according to priorities
• Able to collect and interpret data to drive continuous improvement and execution excellence
• Proficient with Excel and SAP IBP; SAP IBP a plus
• Proactive and quick learner focused on customers and stakeholders satisfaction
• Accountable and people-oriented team player with strong relationship skills
• Pragmatic and curious problem solver with negotiation abilities
• Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate with suppliers, customers, management and peers
• Fluent in English is a must

Responsibilities

• Manage copacking and relabelling requirements for imported and LTO products
• Create mid-long term forecasts and provide visibility on Campari future requirements
• Provide input and analysis to optimize inventory settings while maintaining stock availability and service levels
• Identify inventory solutions and coordinate with stakeholders to minimize forecast changes and risk of OOS
• Provide stock projections based on supply plans in SAP IBP and TESI shipping reports
• Manage master data for co-man/co-pack/brand owner in systems and ensure timely updates
