ADIRECT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to support daily purchasing, inventory and supply coordination, ensuring timely stock levels.

You will work with the Procurement & Demand Planning team, process POs, liaise with suppliers, and help track delivery schedules.

A Diploma in SCM with 1–3 years’ experience and proficiency in Excel are preferred; ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent in SCM, procurement, or business administration.
1–3 years in purchasing or inventory management.
Experience with ERP and inventory systems is a plus.
Proficient in Excel and MS Office; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist day-to-day purchasing to meet business and inventory needs.
Prepare and process POs; liaise with suppliers and track orders.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams on requirements.
Maintain records and support reporting and process improvements.
