Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• No experience required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including PivotTables, Power Query, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to interpret large datasets.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business requirements.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and process optimization practices.
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods and travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand variability, supply constraints, capacity utilization, and inventory trends to support business decisions.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and recommend actions to improve planning effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to enhance forecasting, inventory optimization, and overall supply chain efficiency.
• Evaluate seasonal demand patterns and market trends that may impact supply requirements.
• Execute the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including demand, supply, inventory, and capacity analysis.
• Assess supply risks, capacity constraints, and inventory issues, and propose mitigation plans.
• Prepare and present regular updates on planning assumptions and operational performance.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in demand and supply planning.
