Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD seeks a Senior Supply Chain Planner to drive demand and supply planning across international markets. You will develop SKU-level forecasts, optimise inventory, and ensure product availability while minimising waste in a fast-moving environment.

The role covers demand planning, master production scheduling, and material constraint management in a regional FMCG setting. Strong Excel and ERP experience preferred; Singapore location on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on demand/supply planning experience.
• Experience in food, beverage, perishable FMCG or manufacturing.
• Experience supporting regional or international markets.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP IBP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the global demand schedule to provide long-term production visibility.
• Analyse historical sales, seasonality and market trends for rolling 12-month forecasts.
• Consolidate, review and validate monthly forecasts from international markets and distributors.
• Develop Master Production Schedules and monthly production plans.
• Optimise production runs, capacity and changeovers to meet delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement and stakeholders to manage supply constraints.
• Lead S&OP alignment discussions to resolve demand-supply gaps.
