Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Singapore is seeking a Facilities/Space Planning professional to coordinate short-, mid-, and long-term strategies for our operations and real estate footprint. You will liaise with demand, supply, and legal teams to align space needs with business goals.

Responsibilities include lease renewals, site consolidation, and preparing business cases for approvals, with monthly space planning in management reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Analytical and logical thinking process is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and share short/ mid/ long term strategies with management.
• Work closely with stakeholders of support and operation functions (Demand).
• Work with property agents in consolidating all available sites and other details (Supply).
• Work with respective stakeholders on overall space planning.
• Initiate and prepare for any lease renewal or warehouse migration.
• Prepare Business Case jointly with relevant departments in preparing for approval.
• Work with legal department on tenancy agreement and call out any outstanding clauses.
• Conduct monthly space planning in management meeting.
• Other tasks may include new building construction, BTS , A&A and etc.
• Handover the warehouse or properties to Facilities Team.
