Job summary

people profilers pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead space planning and lease activities for its East Singapore operations.

You will develop strategic plans, coordinate with Demand and Supply stakeholders, and oversee vendor and legal aspects of tenancy agreements. The role requires a degree or diploma in Facilities Management or related engineering, with at least eight years in a 3PL environment, and strong communication, analytics, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of related working experience in a 3PL environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical skills & presentation skills.
• Positive attitude and must be able to adapt to fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and share short, mid and long-term strategies with management.
• Work closely with stakeholders of support and operation functions (Demand).
• Collaborate with property agents to consolidate sites and related details (Supply).
• Coordinate with stakeholders on overall space planning.
• Initiate and prepare for lease renewals or warehouse migrations.
• Prepare business cases with relevant departments for approvals.
• Work with legal on tenancy agreements and highlight outstanding clauses.
• Conduct monthly space planning in management meetings.
• Handle additional tasks such as new building construction, BTS, A&A, etc.
• Handover warehouses or properties to Facilities Team.

• Work with legal department on tenancy agreement and call out any outstanding clauses
• Conduct monthly space planning in management meeting
• Other tasks may include new building construction, BTS , A&A and etc
• Handover the warehouse or properties to Facilities Team

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management or other related Engineering discipline.
