Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking a professional to contribute to strategic planning and space management across warehousing and related functions in Singapore. The role involves collaboration with Demand and Supply teams, lease renewal processes, and coordinating with legal and facilities for smooth handovers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Analytical and logical thinking required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and share short/ mid/ long term strategies with management
• Work closely with stakeholders of support and operation functions (Demand)
• Work with property agents in consolidating all available sites and other details (Supply)
• Work with respective stakeholders on overall space planning
• Initiate and prepare for any lease renewal or warehouse migration
• Prepare Business Case jointly with relevant departments in preparing for approval
• Work with legal department on tenancy agreement and call out any outstanding clauses
• Conduct monthly space planning in management meeting
• Other tasks may include new building construction, BTS , A&A and etc
• Handover the warehouse or properties to Facilities Team
