Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Real Estate & Space Planning based at Changi South, Singapore. This permanent position offers a workweek from Monday to Friday and a salary range of S$8,000–S$9,000 per month.

You will develop warehouse space strategies, manage lease renewals, relocation projects, and coordinate with property agents and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth tenancy processes and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking capabilities.
• Experience in industrial/warehouse real estate and space planning is advantageous.

• Develop short, mid and long-term warehouse real estate and space planning strategies.
• Manage site sourcing, space utilisation, lease renewals and warehouse relocation/migration.
• Prepare business cases and coordinate tenancy matters with property agents, Legal and internal stakeholders.
• Support new warehouse/building projects, BTS, A&A works and property handovers.
• Conduct regular space planning reviews based on current and future operational requirements.

Employment: Permanent

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Salary: S$8,000 – S$9,000/month

• Develop short, mid and long-term warehouse real estate and space planning strategies.
• Manage site sourcing, space utilisation, lease renewals and warehouse relocation/migration.
• Prepare business cases and coordinate tenancy matters with property agents, Legal and internal stakeholders.
• Support new warehouse/building projects, Built-to-Suit (BTS), A&A works and property handovers.
• Conduct regular space planning reviews based on current and future operational requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking capabilities.
• Relevant experience in industrial/warehouse real estate, space planning, lease management, warehouse relocation or property projects will be advantageous.
