Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Facilities Manager for the East location within the logistics sector.

You will drive space planning, lease management, and cross-functional coordination with Demand, Supply, and Legal teams to optimize warehousing assets. The role demands at least 8 years in a 3PL environment, a degree or diploma in Facilities Management or related field, and strong verbal and written communication, plus analytical and presentation abilities to build

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of related working experience in a 3PL environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and share short/ mid/ long term strategies with management.
• Work closely with stakeholders of support and operation functions (Demand).
• Work with property agents in consolidating all available sites and other details (Supply).
• Collaborate with stakeholders on overall space planning.
• Initiate and prepare for lease renewal or warehouse migration.
• Prepare Business Case with relevant departments for approval.
• Work with legal department on tenancy agreements and highlight outstanding clauses.
• Conduct monthly space planning in management meetings.
• Support activities such as new building construction, BTS, A&A and related tasks.
• Handover warehouse or properties to Facilities Team.
