Job summary

You will develop negotiation strategies to maximize value, manage tender activities, and ensure procurement policy compliance. You will also maintain accurate records in INFOmatch, SAP, and Coupa to support Audit and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and background of purchase.
• Lead end-to-end procurement across teams including stakeholders, finance, legal and technology.
• Support stakeholders through procurement documents, tender, contracting and finance-related operations.
• Develop negotiation strategies to extract best value.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policy and vendor risk framework.
• Enter and maintain accurate records of procurement activities in systems (INFOmatch, SAP, Coupa).
