Job summary

Net6tem is seeking a procurement professional in Singapore to lead end-to-end procurement initiatives. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders across finance, legal and technology to understand requirements and drive value.

You will develop procurement documents, manage tender processes, contracting, and related finance operations, while ensuring policy compliance and accurate record-keeping in systems such as INFOmatch, SAP, and Coupa.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and background of purchase.
• Lead end-to-end procurement process by collaborating across teams, including stakeholders, finance, legal and technology.
• Support stakeholders throughout the process, including development of procurement documents, managing tender processes, contracting and finance-related operations.
• Develop negotiation strategies to extract best value.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policy and vendor risk framework.
• Enter and maintain accurate records of procurement activities in systems (e.g., INFOmatch, SAP, Coupa).
