Job summary

Our client is an established multinational specializing in semiconductor and manufacturing technology, seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead supply chain strategies for NPD initiatives. You will shape sourcing approaches, manage suppliers, and drive cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality.

Responsibilities include leading NPD sourcing, project governance, and KPI tracking, ensuring manufacturing readiness and successful launches.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Strong project management experience in NPD/NPI, supply chain, or PMO environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical projects and supplier relationships.
• Familiarity with Jira, Monday.com, or Salesforce is an advantage.
• Willing to travel within Southeast Asia, East Asia, and other countries when required.

Our client is a well-established MNC specializing in advanced semiconductor and manufacturing technology solutions. Due to business expansion, they are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead supply chain strategies and project management for New Product Development (NPD) initiatives.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00am – 5:30pm (Flexible Working Hours)
