Job summary

StaffKing Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced procurement and PMO leader to drive strategic sourcing for New Product Development and Introduction initiatives in a global semiconductor environment. You will coordinate with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality to deliver projects on schedule.

The role requires at least 8 years in commercial manufacturing with 5+ years in NPD/R&D PMO, and willingness to travel within SEA and East Asia. PMP certification is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in a related discipline with PMP certification mandatory.
• Minimum 8 years of commercial/business and manufacturing experience including operations, quality, technology or planning.
• Minimum 5 years of NPD/R&D project management or PMO experience with knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methods.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and supply chain activities for New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
• Manage relationships with external manufacturers and strategic suppliers, ensuring timely prototypes, production and deliveries.
• Work closely with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Procurement teams to drive successful project execution.
• Identify supply chain, supplier and manufacturing risks and develop mitigation plans to minimise delays and cost impact.
• Support Design for Manufacturability (DFM) by identifying potential manufacturing challenges during product development.
• Lead resolution of supplier/manufacturing issues and coordinate technical change requests.
• Establish and monitor project KPIs, timelines, risks and performance, providing regular updates to management.
• Drive project governance, process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives across the Global Supply Chain organisation.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related discipline, with PMP certification mandatory.
• Minimum 8 years of commercial/business and manufacturing experience, including operations, quality, technology or planning.
• Minimum 5 years of NPD/R&D project management or PMO experience, with knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional technical projects, with strong knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com or Salesforce.
• Semiconductor capital equipment, contract manufacturing, supply chain and quality management experience is highly preferred; willing to travel within SEA and East Asia.
