Job summary

Shopee Singapore Private Limited is seeking a motivated Logistics/Supply Chain intern to support service-point projects and drive operation improvements. This role focuses on delivering excellent service to sellers and buyers while gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end processes.

You will assist in project lifecycles, monitor performance, and collaborate with fleet, relationship managers, product teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable service delivery during a 3-6 month

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SQL is an advantage.
• Clear communication with stakeholders and ability to work with teams.

Responsibilities

• Communicate, liaise and drive service points-related projects, including operation excellence and marketing
• Identify service-level gaps and improve user experience between sellers, service points and buyers
• Monitor operation performance, collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure stable and excellent service delivery to service points
• Assist in full project lifecycle from initiating, planning, executing and monitoring

Job description

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Communicate, liaise and drive service points-related projects, including operation excellence and marketing
• Identify service-level gaps and improve user experience between sellers, service points and buyers
• Monitor operation performance, collaborate with both internal and external teams (e.g. fleet, relationship managers, product management team) to ensure stable and excellent service delivery to service points
• Assist in full project lifecycle from initiating, planning, executing and monitoring
• Assist team members in other tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or other related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL is an advantage
• Able to communicate ideas and plans with stakeholders in a clear and succinct manner
• Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
• Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
