Job summary

Shopee Singapore Private Limited is seeking a driven intern to support SPX Collection Points onboarding and incubation operations. You will assist with onboarding new Collection Points, follow up on outstanding items, and help onboarded Collection Points stabilise during incubation.

You will track onboarding progress, escalate issues, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve blockers while helping document workflows to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
• Enthusiastic team player with a positive work attitude.
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end onboarding of new Collection Points.
• Follow up with Collection Points to complete the required onboarding steps.
• Track onboarding and incubation progress, and update internal trackers.
• Support incubation management by identifying issues early and escalating when needed.

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

You will assist with onboarding new Collection Points, follow up on outstanding items, and help newly onboarded Collection Points to stabilise during their incubation period.
