THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement professional in Singapore to handle costing, sourcing and supplier management in an EMS/manufacturing setting. You will support quotation preparation, cost optimization and profitability through effective vendor negotiations.

The role requires 2–5 years in costing, sourcing or procurement, with experience in electronics components and ERP/MRP systems (SAP). Attention to cost reduction and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
2–5 years of costing, sourcing or procurement experience in EMS/manufacturing.
Experience sourcing electronic components, PCB assemblies and mechanical parts.
Knowledge of BOM costing and product cost analysis.
Familiarity with RFQ/RFP processes, supplier selection and vendor management.
Proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP systems (SAP).
Good understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Request and compare quotations to identify best pricing and terms.
Prepare detailed cost analyses and product cost breakdowns for pricing decisions.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules to optimize procurement costs.
Monitor material costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain supplier relationships and performance records for reliable supply.
Support procurement, budgeting and inventory planning according to production needs.
Ensure compliance with company sourcing and purchasing policies.
Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Planning and Sales to meet business objectives.
