Job summary

TALENTS RECRUITER PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a procurement professional to prepare accurate product costing, support quotations, and analyze cost structures. You will source and evaluate suppliers, request RFQs, and negotiate terms to maintain competitive pricing for customers.

You will monitor material costs, manage supplier relationships, and support budgeting, inventory planning, and policy compliance within a cross-functional team environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years’ of relevant working experience.
• Experience in sourcing electronic components, PCB assemblies, mechanical parts, and manufacturing services.
• Knowledge of BOM costing and product cost analysis.
• Familiarity with RFQ/RFP processes, supplier selection, and vendor management.
• Strong negotiation and cost reduction skills.
• Good understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, Planning, and Sales.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• To prepare accurate product costing, support quotation activities, analyze cost structures, and identify opportunities to improve profitability while ensuring competitive pricing for customers
• Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors.
• Request and compare quotations (RFQs).
• Prepare detailed cost analyses and product cost breakdowns.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor material costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain supplier relationships and performance records.
• Support procurement, budgeting, and inventory planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with company sourcing and purchasing policies
