Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in costing, sourcing, procurement, or purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing precision machining or sheet metal.
• Strong knowledge of BOM costing and product cost analysis.
• Familiarity with RFQ/RFP processes, supplier selection, and vendor management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and assess suppliers and vendors while requesting and comparing quotations.
• Prepare comprehensive cost analyses and detailed product cost breakdowns.
• Effectively negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor material costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and keep accurate performance records.
• Support procurement, budgeting, and inventory planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing and purchasing policies.
