Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Costing & Sourcing Executive for an EMS manufacturing environment. The role focuses on product costing, supplier management, and cost optimization to support quotations and profitability.

Responsibilities include sourcing suppliers, evaluating quotations, preparing cost analyses, and negotiating terms to reduce procurement costs while ensuring quality for manufacturing needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in costing, sourcing, procurement within EMS/manufacturing.
• Knowledge of BOM costing and product cost analysis.
• Familiarity with RFQ/RFP processes and supplier management.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP/MRP systems (SAP).
• Understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Request and compare quotations (RFQs) to identify best pricing and terms.
• Prepare cost analyses and product cost breakdowns to support pricing decisions.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize procurement costs.
• Monitor material costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain supplier relationships and performance records for reliable supply.
• Support procurement, budgeting, and inventory planning according to production needs.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing and purchasing policies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Planning, and Sales to support business objectives.
