Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Solutions Architect in Singapore to uncover customer pain and tailor Stripe’s solutions to strategic objectives. You will map transformation journeys, craft future-state roadmaps, and drive complex third-party integrations.

You will lead executive engagements, evangelize proposals, and collaborate with product and engineering to prioritize customer requirements and deliver robust, scalable solutions for global brands and platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing engineering role (sales engineer/pre-sale solution consultant/solutions architect).
• Strong verbal and written English; Mandarin for enterprise Chinese merchants is preferred.
• Executive engagement and credibility with decision makers at all levels.
• Experience proposing and leading customer meetings to gain strategic footing.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and API architectures; coding experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical discovery with in-depth business analysis and background research.
• Lead strategic engagements with structured discovery and tailored, technically sound solutions.
• Identify expansion opportunities and map Stripe’s footprint into new markets and units.
• Act as voice of the customer to product and engineering, capturing insights and priorities.
• Provide technical demonstrations showing how Stripe solves business problems for customers.
