Job summary

Stripe Payments Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a senior solutions architect to uncover deep customer needs and tailor Stripe's platform accordingly. You will map transformation journeys, craft future-state roadmaps, and coordinate across product and engineering to deliver robust, integrated solutions.

You will engage with enterprise customers, lead structured discovery, and evangelize proposals through executive briefings and demos, driving strategic outcomes and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing engineering role (sales engineer / solutions architect).
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to work with enterprise merchants.
• Executive engagement skills and ability to build credibility at all levels.
• Strong facilitation/leadership in customer meetings.
• Understanding of SDLC and API architectures; coding background in Stripe languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical discovery and business analysis to understand customer needs.
• Lead strategic engagements and craft technically sound solutions.
• Identify expansion opportunities and cross-border capabilities for Stripe.
• Advocate for customer requirements to product and engineering teams.
• Deliver compelling technical demos showing Stripe's value to customers.
• Collaborate with sales, professional services, and customer success to drive outcomes.
