Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Solutions Architect to translate client needs into tailored solutions on the Workiva Platform. You will collaborate with customers and partners, guiding engagements from discovery through delivery and outcomes, while shaping product evolution.

You’ll lead with strong ownership of results, mentoring peers, and fostering continuous improvement. Remote-friendly with up to 25% travel, you’ll operate across teams to drive successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent; advanced degree may substitute experience.
• 4 years in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or related field.
• Experience with enterprise risk, analytics, or reporting solutions.
• Hands-on with Workiva or other SaaS/cloud platforms preferred.
• Strong communication, client-facing, and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic delivery of contracted services to customers and partners.
• Conduct discovery sessions to capture business needs.
• Architect tailored solutions that integrate with the Workiva Platform.
• Interact with clients and partners to standardize solutions.
• Support ongoing training and development of team members.
• Lead by example and mentor associates for smooth onboarding.
